Policies and Other Information
Cancellation Policy:
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
If you cancel within the 24 hours prior to your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the service total.
All No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Many appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card or gift certificate. The types of appointments requiring secured reservations are subject to change.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are not refundable; however they may be exchanged or transferred. Cash will not be issued for any unused balance.
Coupon Policy:
Coupons may not be combined or used with any other discount or special. Coupons may not be used for the purchase of gift certificates. Coupons may not be used in combination with reward points.
Reward Points:
Reward points are accumulated several ways. You will receive one point for every dollar spent at YOUphoria. You can increase your reward points by doing other things, such as registering and booking appointments online, pre-booking your next appointment at checkout, referring a friend, and more. Reward points cannot be used with any other discount, special, or coupon.
